Code of Conduct
			This is the Code of Conduct for all individuals involved with Pony Club Association of Victoria and it's activities. Pony Club Coaches are also covered by a Code of Ethics.
Managing Breaches of the Code of Conduct
			This document is to designed to help clubs and zones with the requirements for managing suspected breaches of the PCAV Code of Conduct where a formal process is the preferred approach.
Options for Handling Complaints
			There are various informal and formal processes that exist to help address issues raised by a complaint. This document contains information about a number of option that may be suitable for use by your Club or Zone.
